If you are unhappy with a course purchased through directceu, llc,   and desire to file a grievance, indicate in writing and submit to the Director of Clinical Education and Training at directceu, llc at grievance@directceu.com:

  • Licensure Type and Number
  • Course Purchased
  • Date of Purchase

Specific Grievance:

The Director of Clinical Education and Training at directceu, llc will review the grievance and consult with four independent licensed practitioners outside of directceu, llc regarding efficacy of participant’s grievance.  Participant will be notified in writing of the outcome of review of grievance. Resolution of grievance will be no greater than full refund of participant’s purchase price provided the course post-test was not submitted.  If continuation education credit has been awarded before the time the grievance is received and a refund is granted, the continuing education credit will be rescinded.
