Course Description: Electronic sports (esports) will be a $400 million industry in 2020 and will continue to grow. Research has extensively focused on the psychological influences on traditional athletes, while the research on esports athletes is limited due to its relatively new emergence. This one-hour course examines stress and coping in esports athletes and the influence of mental toughness.
