Course Description:

Neurodevelopmental disorders, specifically motor disorders, are often complex and impact the individual in a multitude of domains ranging from physiological pain, social functioning, and a lower quality of life.  Frequently individuals with motor disorders experience comorbidity with other mental health conditions that results in a more severe impairment for the person. This advanced level course explores the efficacy of two treatment modalities for children and adolescents diagnosed with motor disorders.

  3. Examine presented studies outcomes on efficacy of two treatment modalities for motor disorders.
  4. Explore the clinical and research applications of discussed treatment modalities.
