Course Description:  The internet and emergence of email has become a stable to today’s society in regards to the dissemination of information. Email-based content allows a large group of people to be reached with a high degree of cost efficiency.  The   use of exercises and interventions that are founded in positive psychology have been indicated by research to improve the psychological wellbeing of individuals. This brief advanced course examines the efficacy of email-based exercises and interventions on promoting the healthy psychological wellbeing of individuals.
